• Service Bookings: All bookings made for Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning or Garden Services are subject to availability, quote confirmation, and weather conditions (for exterior gardening).

• Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your service appointment.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless explicitly agreed otherwise prior to the job commencing. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Card Payments

• Limitation of Liability: S.J.D Revival takes utmost care when working on your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or dynamic conditions outside of our direct control.
